Original and innovative project, for the purpose of heating water using heat recovered from flue gases, in TERMOREK heat recovery/economizers, produced by us, the transfer of heat from flue gases to water is done through ferroceramic recovery plates placed so that the flue gases wash both sides of the recovery plates.

Why TERMOREK?

•Resistant to corrosion or abrasion, without significantly influencing the draft and without producing condensation or soot, TERMOREK heat recovery units can be successfully used with all types of fuels;

•Having, by design, a very low fouling factor and being easy to clean, they are ideal for use with solid or liquid fuels, where the flue gases may contain solid suspensions or soot, but, with the same high efficiency, they are also used with gaseous fuels;

This makes it possible to significantly reduce the installation time, as the connection to the hydraulic system and even the system itself can be made later, without interrupting combustion;

A new method of energy analysis!

One of the major problems encountered by Industrial Energy Managers, unlike Energy Auditors, is the absence of a coherent, accessible and generally applicable method for analyzing and evaluating the Energy Efficiency and Effectiveness of Industrial End Consumers as well as for determining the Energy and Financial Savings achieved from one year to the next following the implementation of various energy efficiency improvement measures.

By adapting the ODEX indicator method to the end-user level, we have developed a new method for analyzing energy consumption that eliminates the disadvantage of discontinuity of the Energy Audit (Balance) method, offering the possibility to evaluate energy savings monthly.

The new energy analysis method thus allows for the timely evaluation of energy/financial savings obtained following the implementation of various energy efficiency measures.

Conclusion: Together with the Energy Audit (Balance Sheet), the new method of analyzing energy efficiency and effectiveness represents the most important tools at the Energy Manager's disposal for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing energy consumption in a timely manner.

The provision of energy services and/or other energy efficiency improvement measures within the customer's facility or premises, with the acceptance of a degree of financial risk. 

Payment for the services provided is based, in whole or in part, on the improvement of energy efficiency and the fulfilment of other performance criteria agreed upon by the parties.

Important:

• ESCo system consulting services can be contracted even if the Company already has an Energy Manager (it would even be preferable).

• NEW!   In agreement with the Beneficiary and according to clear, transparent rules, with measurable and tangible targets, a Performance Bonus Plan is contractually established for personnel who work for or on behalf of the organization and who significantly affect energy use and consumption (internal energy management team).
